Two minds.
One spectrum.
Different strengths. One direction. One vision for revealing what brands are capable of becoming.
Mawshoor began with a simple belief:
Most brands already havesomething worth seeing.
The problem is that it has never been revealed properly.
Ward Alnazer created the original idea, identity, name, and visual world of Mawshoor.
Hamza Abuzaid joined as co-owner and co-founder, bringing the technical side needed to turn that vision into real digital work.
Together, they lead Mawshoor across strategy, branding, content, websites, automation, talent, and client direction.
Ward sees the story.
Hamza builds the system that brings it to life.
A director and producer relationship — two different strengths moving toward the same result.
Two characters in the same story — a director and a producer, each shaping a different half of the same result.
Ward Alnazer
Sees the story.
Hamza Abuzaid
Builds the system.
Ward Alnazer
Co-Founder · Creative Director · Brand Strategist · Head of Marketing
Ward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the American University of Madaba and has more than five years of experience across different industries, with a strong focus on automotive, entertainment, and digital marketing.
His work covers marketing research, content strategy, digital campaigns, and brand development — but his strongest skill is creative direction.
He sees the story it could tell,
the feeling it could create,
and the position it could own.
His role is to shape that direction and make sure every part of the brand belongs to the same world.

Websites that communicate clearly,
systems that reduce repetitive work,
a business that runs better online.
Hamza brings the technical thinking behind Mawshoor’s creative vision.
Two strengths.One direction.
Ward sees the story. Hamza builds the system that brings it to life.
The market is crowded with agenciesselling the same package.
Clients are often told they need more content, when what they really need is more direction.
Not every business needs the same services.
Not every brand needs to post every day.
Not every website needs the same structure.
Every brand has its own personality, audience, problems, and potential.
Mawshoor was built to treat every client like a partner — not another account on a content calendar.
We study what already exists, identify what is missing, then build around the brand itself. The people, content, visuals, website, marketing, and systems should all feel like they belong together.
Mawshoor means prism
موشور
White light may appear simple, but inside it is an entire spectrum.
The prism does not add the color. It reveals it.
That is how we see businesses and people. There is often more potential inside them than their current identity, content, or website is showing.
They do not always need to become something completely different. They need the right direction, the right tools, and the right people to reveal what was already there.
A brand is the heartof a business.
It affects how people understand you, remember you, trust you, and decide whether you are worth choosing.
Content shouldbelong to the brand.
It should not be posted only because a sound is trending, or because everyone else is doing it.
A website should tell thestory before anyone asks.
It should explain who you are, what you offer, and why people should trust you.
Marketing should makeyou clearer, not blend in.
Attention means very little when nobody remembers where it came from.
AI should supportpeople, not replace them.
The ideas, judgment, and direction remain human. We use AI to make work faster, reduce repetition, organize information, and build better systems behind the scenes.
The goal is not more content. It is a brand that becomes clearer.
Within six months, the goal is not simply to produce more content — it is to build a brand that feels more organized, recognizable, and consistent.

The result is a brand that looks stronger because it has finally become clearer.
Different worlds,one way of working.
Our early work has grown strongly within entertainment — gaming, karting, music, events, and experience-led businesses. We also work with service companies, creators, personal brands, talent, and businesses across Jordan and the United States.
Every industry orbits the same centre — the belief that the brand is stronger than the way it currently appears.
The industry may change. The starting point usually does not.
That is where Mawshoor begins.
Built in Jordan.Aimed at the world.
Mawshoor was built in Jordan with experience across both MENA and American markets. The ambition is international.
We are building a studio capable of shaping brands, managing talent, producing content, developing digital platforms, and helping businesses grow across different markets.
Not by repeating the same formula everywhere. By understanding what makes each brand different, then building around it.
